Everything We’ve Built.

Every project below was scoped, built, packaged, and shipped using our agentic development workflow. One operator. Zero overhead. Real delivery.

Problem

Daycare workers needed a simple, reliable way to track which children were present at any given moment — without cloud dependencies, sensitive data leaving the building, or software that requires any training to use.

Solution

A local-first desktop app that runs entirely on-site. No internet required. No subscription. No setup overhead. Data never leaves the premises. The interface is designed for workers with zero technical background — check in, check out, done.

What we Built

ChildChecker app interface

ChildChecker is a native Mac and Windows attendance tracker built for the daycare environment. Workers see every registered child at a glance — photo and name side by side — and check them in or out with a single click. At the end of each day, a summary report is generated automatically.

The entire workflow — UI design, app logic, local database, DMG installer, code-signing, and a LaunchAgent for auto-start on login — was handled by our agentic development pipeline. The operator reviewed, tested, and approved. Delivered to the client in one day.

Problem

Hobbyist video creators working with multi-camera or multi-source footage spend hours on editing decisions that could be automated — which angle to use, where to cut, what to keep. Time is the constraint, not talent.

Solution

AutoEdit does the heavy lifting. It ingests all your sources, syncs them, and scores the timeline automatically. You stay in control of the variables that matter — and choose how involved you want to be in the final output.

What we Built

AutoEdit interface

AutoEdit is an AI-powered editing assistant that processes multiple video and audio sources simultaneously. It synchronizes everything, then scores the timeline against a set of weighted variables — visual quality signals, spoken word rhythm, pacing, and more. Every variable is yours to tune.

From that analysis it produces three kinds of output, depending on how much control you want to keep: an XML cut list compatible with DaVinci Resolve, a guided video that walks you through the suggested edits so you can make the final calls yourself, or a fully rendered cut generated right then and there. You set the weights. AutoEdit executes.

Problem

Current AI image generation struggles to keep characters consistent — the more you add, the worse it gets. Faces shift, details drift, and multi-character scenes become unpredictable battles with the model.

Solution

Guide the AI one element at a time and lock each one in after every successful step. Drift is eliminated by design: once a character is locked, the AI treats it as immovable ground truth for every subsequent generation.

What we Built

BiS — Blastworks Image System

BiS — the Blastworks Image System — is a structured AI image compositing workflow built to defeat drift. You start with an empty background and add one character or person at a time. You control their exact position, and how the final composition should be arranged.

Once you’re happy with an element, you lock it. The AI never touches it again. The result is a controlled, step-by-step compositing process that gives you full art direction over multi-character AI scenes — something that’s otherwise nearly impossible with off-the-shelf image generation tools.
