The applications covered by these terms (including our YouTube upload tool) are internal tools operated by Blastworks for its own use. They are not a product, not a service offering, and not available to the public.
No accounts, licenses, or access rights are offered or granted to third parties. Any use other than by Blastworks itself is unauthorized.
The tools are provided as-is, exclusively to ourselves. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blastworks accepts no liability toward any third party in connection with them — a straightforward consequence of section 2: there is nothing here for a third party to use.
Where a tool connects to third-party services (such as YouTube), that use is governed by those services' own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
